Guide to the Self-Nomination Form

Emerging Leader Representatives are Gold Award holders who are active contributors to the Award in their NAO or region. They take on a leadership role Emerging Leader Representatives have traditionally been elected every three years at International Gold Events (IGE). There are two Emerging Leader Representatives per region (Africa, Americas, Asia-Pacific, EMAS), serving for three years. These representatives sit on the Association’s International Council. Emerging Leader Representatives are presented with a range of opportunities support the Association during their time of service.Those eligible Gold Award holders who wish to put themselves forward for the role of Emerging Leader Representative for their region will begin by filling out the self-nomination form here: (Available on/after 12 August 2022 through 31 August 2022.)

Please verify that these links work publicly.Emerging Leader Eligibility CriteriaTo self-nominate for the position of Emerging Leader Representative on the International Council you must:• Have achieved or be working to achieve the Gold Award• Be actively contributing to the Award within your country or territory

• Be between the ages of 18 and 32 at the time of application

• Be a member of the Global Award Alumni Network
